How to reset my password?

When you have forgotten your password, you can use the 'forgot password' feature to reset it. Please keep the following in mind when creating a new password:

1 Use a strong and unique password
2 Your password should be at least 8 characters long (we recommend even longer) and include both upper- and lower-case letters, at least one number, and one punctuation mark (such as ! # $ @ _ ' + , ? [ ] . -).
4 Keep your password private
5 Never allow your web browser to save your password.

Step 1

Visit Txbit.io and navigate to the login page. Click on the 'Forgot password' option.

Step 3

Please follow the instructions to confirm the password reset. Go to your inbox and open the confirmation email. Check your email and click on the confirmation button or link provided.

When you haven't received an email, first check your spam/junk folder. Another possibility could be that you made a typo in your email address; our system will not indicate if you entered your email address correctly. In that case, please try again and pay extra attention to the spelling of your email address.

Step 4

Set your new password. Ensure it is strong and unique. Then, click on the 'Update' button.
