Do not accept requests to help you with any issues unless it is through the official Txbit support portal/email. 4. Beware of scammers and impersonators in Txbit social channels like Telegram, Discord or Twitter. 5. Txbit will never ask you to send funds to unlock your account, deposits or withdrawals.
A lot of people store their cryptocurrency on exchanges, including Txbit. We know we shouldn’t. We’ve been told countless times not to, yet many of us still do it. We do it because it’s convenient.
